Hello, I am in search of my birth parents and have been for quite some time now. My birth name was "Infant Boy Congdon" I do not know if this name was from my father or mother. I was born on November 18th, 1961 in San Jose, California. My mother was 5' 3" blonde hair and blue eyes. Born 1942 (?)
