I searching for my half sister. My (our)mom was sent to Florence Crinttonton's house for unwed mothers in San Francisco around 1960-1961 Probably around aug. - oct. 1960 or aug- oct '61. My Mom was forced to put newborn daughter up for adoption. She probably used a "Jane Doe". May have given birth at St Mary's or UCSF Hospital in San Fran. She was only 16 at the time. I was born 2 years later and Mom died just before her 23rd. birthday. She would have tried to find her and I just found out family secret a few years ago.
