My name is Dana and I am searching for my birth mother, father or any siblings. I was born on Feb. 16,1975 at Hotel Dieu hospital in Windsor, Onatrio. My name before I was adopted was Jennifer Eileen. My birth mother wrote me a letter that was included in my adoption papers. Her first name was Paulette, but there was no last name on the letter. The last name Cote appears in my papers, which I assume is the surname of my biological father, but no first name for him. They are both highschool graduates. I believe they were 24 and 25 yrs. old when they had me and planned to marry, however my biological father had a nervous breakdown before I was born and they decided to give me up for adoption. She was average height with a fair complexion and he was short and stocky with a medium complexion. He was musically gifted, while she enjoyed arts and crafts.
