i was adopted in cheyenne in november of 83. born 10/13/83.i found my birthparents in march of 01.however, i have an older brother who is also adopted,and has not came in contact with his birthparents, so, im trying to help him out.he was born on 7/10/79 in rock springs to susan barry. that's the only info i have. if anyone can help, i'd appreciate it. thanks
