i had a baby boy born in ottawa canada july 11 1990, he was named timothy palmer jacobs at birth and i have never seen him, he is of mixed heritage, quarter black and 3 quarters white, i do believe he lived outside of ottawa in teh kemptville area?? i did have contact with the parents and the adoption lawyers etc and tried to find him a few years ago but was told they had not held onto any pics etc after so many years, he will be 17 this year and i would love to see a pic of him, i know live in florida, and would love anyone with any info to contact me |
