Searching for white female born day of the first Moonwalk,in the Daytona, Florida area. You were adopted by friends of the physician who delivered you. My aunt is your mother. Her name is Betty, DOB 12/31/43. Your birth father's name is Arthur Potter, born 07/46. My aunt has an agressive form of leukemia, and her time on this earth is limited. She would like you to know some of our family medical history for your benefit. Her father, Willard, died of leukemia after surviving lung cancer. Her mother, Marcia, just died in August last year of complications related to a fall; she was 92. Betty's maternal grandfather, Ben, died at the age of 94. Her brother, Jerry, has had open heart surgery twice. My mother, Barbara, (her sister) has had some Afib (heart) and skin cancers, and colon cancer (very early stage when caught). Maternal uncle, Charles, is a colon cancer survival, and he has a daughter who has schizophrenia/bipolar disorder. Rheumatoid arthritis in her, mother, sister, and my brother, David. Aunt Betty also has adult onset diabetes and morbid obesity. She is also a wonderful,loving woman. She does not want to disrupt your life, only give you some family info. She gave you up for adoption because your birth father is an incurable alcoholic, and she did not want you exposed to that kind of life. Hope this helps. |
