I am searching for my birth father. I was born in Peoria Il, however was in foster care outside of Princeton IL. I have unfortunately met my birth mother however she will not provide me with any information. I was born 07/15/1970 my birth mothers maiden name was Kerr and she was appx 17yrs old. She has told me several stories, however they may be untrue, but perhaps my birth father was from Princeton area appx 5 years older than her or from Peoria. She told me that he was still in the area and she had seen him several years ago. I was in foster care from July through November 1970.
