I am a 27 year old female searching for my birth mother. I was born in Evansville, IN on 5/27/1979, and I was told that my birth name was Sarah Ann Welsh/Welch (not sure of the spelling). I was adopted through the welfare department, I think, and I stayed in Evansville. My birth mother was, I believe, 24 at the time of my birth, and I have a bilogical sister who is around a year older than me. I also think that my birth mother was on Welfare, which is why she decided to give me up for adoption, as she couldn't afford to care for me. This is all the information that I know. |
