I am searching for my birth mother and half sister. Mothers maiden name Helen Harriet Hemphill, born in Twin Falls, Idaho in 1923. She has 2 sisters Betty June and Emagene. Her parents names were Sam and Aubie, born in 1887, and 1900. Her parents are buried at Willamette national Cemetary in Portland. Sam died in 1984, and Aubie in 1973.
Harriet married and divorced a Miller. I was born April 11,1949 and she was divorced at that time. I was at the Waverly childrens home in Portland, Oregon. I was told I have a half sister older than me.
My adoptive parents name is Kirk. I am told that Helens name at this time might possibly be Clark. |
