I am looking for my birth parents. I am a male adoptee. I was born at Fairview Hospital on 2/28/1974 9:39am. After an extended stay at the hospital I was released to the DePaul Infant Home on 3/13/1974 My first name appears on the original birth certificate per non-ident info. 5/15/1974 – Mother signed perminant surrender papers. 5/21/74 – I joined my adoptive family. 1/26/76 adoption finalized in the probate court. Cuyahoga county. Birth mother non-identifying info: At the time of my birth my mother was 19 years old. She was German Italian and Roman Catholic. She was 5’6” and generally weighted 135 lbs. Dark brown hair, hazel-brown eyes, and light to med complexion. She did have a tonsillectomy. She had a sister that has cerebral palsey due to an accident at birth. Birth father non-identifying info: At the time of my birth my father was 18 years old. He was German. He was 6’2” tall and weighed 140 lbs. Dark brown hair, blue eyes, light complexion. Highschool grad. Who worked in a clerical capacity at a factory. He had sinus problems and wore glasses. At one time he had pneumonia. He had his appendix and adenoids removed. I do have more non-ident info on my extended bio family if needed.
