My name is Leri Joubert. I would love to get in touch with the son I gave up for adoption and with any members of his adopted family. I gave him up for adoption in 1997. He was born May 11th in Cape Town, Karl Bremer Hospital, and adopted through Magdalena Huis. I named him Jerry Joubert after his grandfather and his biological father, Jim Chen, (whom I thought previously had the name Jerry). He grew up in Swellendam and was renamed Malcolm Erskine.
