son that i put up for adoption in 1986, he was born dec 2 1986 in Jacksonville NC at Onslow Memorial Hospital, i dont remember the lawyers full name only that there was a Thomasina not sure if it is her first or last name as it was a private adoption done thru the Dr. his name was Dr. Williams. I never met the adoptive parents
