I am searching for both of my birth parents. I was born in Weisbaden on October 16, 1974 and I went home with my adoptive parents 5 days later. I was adopted by a US Army officer and his wife. I believe my birth parents were 15(my father) and 16 (my mother) years old at the time. I also believe that they were Americans who had parents in the military, but I've also heard my mother was a German citizen, so I'm not sure.
