In search of birth parents..My birth sister was born April 20, 1975 in Bly, Oregon on the side of the highway and I was born October, 16, 1976 in Tacoma, Washington..The story I have is that we were left at a neighbors house in Oregon and then passed from neighbor to neighbor for a couple years until we ended up at a Mormon bishops house and he turned us over to LDS Social Services.
