I am searching for my birth mother (I don't have any information about my father except that he was a marine). I was born in Wheeling, WV on December 1, 1969. My mother was 17 years old and her last name was Thompson. She stayed in the Florence Crittenden Home for Unwed Mothers in Wheeling, WV. She had named me "Christy Noel Thompson" and my adoptive parents changed it. I was adopted through the United Methodist Board of Health and Welfare Ministries adoption service. My adoptive parents lived in Morgantown, WV. I was placed in their home on December 5, 1969.
