I would first like to begin by saying that my purpose for my search is not to disrupt anyone's life or to cause any grief. However I would like to learn about my origins as well as achieve my health information. I think it is equally important for my birthmother to understand that I hold no grudges or ill-will toward you and hope that one day we will be able to reunite if that is something that you are open to. Please be advised that I have prepared myself to accept whatever decision you make. My birth name is Trudy Annette Jones. I am searching for my birth parents. I have no names of either the mother or father. I was born in Randolph County, North Carolina and had a lot of health problems at birth. I was a pre-mature baby and was adopted by a great Christian couple. My birthday is 5-12-1982 and DSS handled the case. I know that my birthmother was not from NC orignally. She was here living with someone and had encountered a short-term dating experience and concieved me. Those are the basic facts that I know.
