I am searching for my birth mother and or my father, I do not have any information about them. I was born at Saint Annes Hospital, Mt Lawley Perth, now Mercy Hospital on the 30th of September 1968 to adoptive parents Francis and Margaret Stephenson of Armadale, Western Australia.
