i was born 3/10/1958 to mary patricia davies at battle hospital reading but she lived in blackpool.she was a cook. her address at the time was 10 fulwood avenue layton blackpool. she named me peter davies (not my name now). i just want to find out any medical history.just to let her know i was adopted by a really nice family and had a good life. i have no hard feelings and understand she may not have even told anyone.i dont want to cause and problems with her and her family. i emigrated to australia with my wife and daughter 5 years ago. regards john
