I am looking for my birth parents or siblings. Birth parents names are Thomas and Theresa Loggins-I think. From what I am told I have six biological siblings and at least one of them is younger than me. I was born in 1977 and at some point was put into foster care in Fulton County and was later adopted by my foster parents.
