I am looking for my dad, Thomas R. Simmons, born sometime between 1950-1953. I'm female, born in Indiana in April 1970 to V. Campbell. I lived in Europe most of my childhood, the exception being between 1980-82 when I returned to the States for adoption proceedings in Ky. I believe that he may have been in the military and stationed in CA sometime around 1971. I have no family contacts to ask and would appreciate ANY information.
