My name is John Wracher and I am searching for my birthmother. My given name at birth was John Frank DeSantis. My mother's maiden name is Lynda DeSantis and she was 18 when she put me up for adoption. I was born prematurely at Magee's Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 4, 1964. My mother was forced to give me up by her father. I know that she has a younger sister. If anyone can help me locate her I would greatly appreciate it.
