I was born at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 11, 1976 at around 4:00 p.m. My birth mother was 15 years old at the time (I am told). I was placed for adoption through Catholic Charities Adoption Agency and was Adopted in December of 1976.
