I am searching for a daughter given up for adoption born June 9, 1971 living at an unwed mothers home in St. Louis Mo, atUniversity Hospital. Adoption handled through Family and Children's. Birth name on sealed birth certificate was Mindy Elston. I had to sign papers within the week of birth and was told she would go to adoptive parents who were financially able. I lived in Oklahoma and returned there.Medical issues, and still longing for her prompted this.I have 2 children now, born 1981, 1984 who have been told about her. She had brown hair, dimples and short fingers,weighed 6lbs 4 or 5 oz and short. I was only allowed to see her 2 times.
