ISO Birthmother and father. I am a female, born 2-22-1977 in Clay county but adotption was transfered to Clinton county as "circumstances sometimes necessitate an infant's placement out of county". My birthmother was 21 at the time, she was married but going through a divorce. My father was not the husband. I only have physical description of mother as she was 5'7" fair skinned, brown hair with blue eyes. My father did not want to admit paternity and did not support her during the pregnancy. Adoption was through Clinton County Family Services, Patti Marceau was the social worker. Born in a hospital in Clay County. The attorney my adoptive parent used was Lawrence Fisher and their court apperance was held in Plattsburg, MO. There were a limited number of infants being placed at that time and counties usually kept the babies in their own county, but I was not.
