I hope to locate my birthparents, or any siblings. I was born on September 15th, 1952, in San Diego California, at Quintard Hospital, which no longer exists.
I have my original adoption papers, along with my original birth certificate. There seems to be alot of information left out,which I'm sure was intentional for that time. This is what I know.
My adoption papers were final and dated July 27th, 1953. The Decree number is #178447. My birth name is given as PAMELA RUGGLES, with no mention of birthparent names. My adoptive parents names were Earl and Ruth Frazer. They are both deceased, and to my knowledge, I have no known, living relatives except my only child, a son.
