I am looking for information on my g-grandfather and his family. His name was Delbert Stevens and his father's name was William H. Stevens. This is all the information that I have on his father. Delbert was born in Oregon on March 13, 1903, however, he was given away to another family in Oklahoma at the age of 3 or 4. The only record that I have on him comes from records found in the Oregon State Archives when Delbert was 20 years old and trying to apply for insurence. His name might have been Delberta at birth and his last name might have been spelled different. If anyone has any information or any tips on where to look for this birth record, please contant me.
