I am looking for a male child I gave up for adoption in October of 1986, he was born in Pocatello Idaho at Bannock Regional Medical Center. My name is Gerald V. Evans, his mothers name is Jodi Rhoads.
He was born sometime between October 17 and October 31, 1986
He was adopted at birth and was adopted through a social service program through Bannock County.
I attended a hearing with a judge and the county commisioners at the time to sign my rights away.
His mother insisted on the adoption and I agreed being scared and young. He should have blonde hair, blue eyes, and be about 6 feet tall with a medium to large build. They told me at the hearing he was adopted by a family from Blackfoot Idaho. |
