I am searching for my birth father, my birth mothers name was Monica Lynn and I was born in Harrisburg Hospital on October 22, 1966. I was put in foster care in November 1966 in the care and custody of Vance and Elsie Woodward who adopted me about two years later. I have dark brown natural curly hair, I have been told by my birth mother that my father had natural curly hair also. They both lived in the Cedar Cliff area of PA and went to Cedar Cliff High School.
