In search of birth mother: Female born in Rexburg Idaho, 11/27/1952 born in madison memorial hospital,rexburg the attending physician was M.F Rigby MD, who also assisted in the adoption, I was told my mother was a young girl from sugar city idaho, she was from that area because she had been seen at a local funeral by my adoptive father, the chapman family adopted the baby.
