He was born 09 September 1942 in Ottawa Ontario and given the name Richard Nelson Wight, He apparently was given the name Wayne Richard by CAS and was adopted by a family who renamed him Steven. No information as to who adopted him is known and no other information is available. The only other probability is his last name at time of turn over to CAS may be registered as Sewchuck.
