Searching for birth parents. I don't have much to go on as adoptive mother died when I was 13 and adoptive father destroyed all records regarding my adoption. I was born on Sept.2, 1959. I always thought I was born in Sacramento CA but know that the Social Services were based out of Sonora, CA. A lady named Mrs. "Elsie" checked on me until I was about 5 years old.
