Searching for my mother's birth family. She was born Charlene May Topping 6/22/49 at Butterworth Hospital. She was placed thru the Michigan's Children Society. She had feeding problems and stayed the the children's home until November 1949. Adoption papers were signed November 9, 1949 in the probate court. She has a birth sister born 2/9/1948. My mom is 5'3" about 120 lbs blonde blue eyes. Her birth mother was of a similar build. Birth Mother's father worked for the Railraod as a brakeman. Birth Mother's spouse was away in Japan in the Army when she was concieved. | |||||||||||||||||||||
