I am searching for my half sister that my mother gave up for adoption. She was born 2-23-69 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus Ohio. Fathers anem was Randolph Reynolds. Attorney who handled the adoption was carlton Rothgeb. He will not release the information to us! Baby girl Adkins we beleive was on the birth certificate. She has a huge family out her in Ohio and we would love to find her! |
