I am looking for my son, born Jonathan Christopher Jones on April 23, 1988 at Lutheran Hospital in Wheatridge, CO. He has an older brother Jeffry Christopher Jones (now Latham). I am his birth mom, my maden name was Theresa Ann Latham, my last name at the time of his birth was Jones. His fathers name is Jerald Christopher Jones. I was 16 and his father was 19 when he was born. The adoption was through the Jefferson County Departmet of Human Services and was done through the Jefferson County Court house in Golden, Colorado some time close to his 1st birthday, I believe.
