My babygirl was born Cynthia Marie Rich ,Oct, 28 1991.in Jacksonville, Fl. I signed the adoption papers in Panama City, Fl right before her first birthday. I was in the foster care system in Panama City, Fl. After birth, she was taken from me and placed in a different home. I rarely saw her. At birth she was 6lbs8 1/2 oz and 21 inches long. At this time, I am not looking for her. I have posted in case one day she decides to find me. I do know they have changed her first and last name but the middle name is still the same.
