I WAS BORN ON MARCH 15, 1974 IN MUSKOGEE GENERAL HOSPITAL ACCORDING TO MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE. MY ADOPTIVE PARENTS (LAST NAME BYERS) GOT ME AROUND 2 1/2 MONTHS OLD IN MAY 1974. THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS THAT I WAS IN A FOSTER HOME AND I HAD A VITAMIN D DEFICENCY AND RICKETS. I AM SEARCHING FOR ANY INFORMATION ON MY BIRTH MOTHER OR FATHER.
