My birth mother and/or father. I was born 1-9-69 at Barberton hospital in Ohio. My birth mother was 19 and birth father was 20 when I was born. I was placed in foster care for about 3 weeks until I was given to my adopted parents on 2-4-69. The adoption was through Family and Children's Services in Akron, Ohio.
