I am in search of Diane Carol Rich (birth name: Littlejohn) and Charles William Rich (birth name: Littlejohn) who were taken from me by the Kentucky Cabinet of Health & Family Services - Department of Community Based Services in McCracken County, KY. Charles is still located in Benton, KY with his adoptive parents Richard and Shirley Rich. Diane has graduated, is 19 years old, and currently in a live-in rehabilitation center unknown to me at this time, at the request of the adoptive parents and my younger sister - who along with the birth mother has visitation rights (birth mother's rights were terminated along with mine). Once my rights and my ex's rights were terminated, the foster parents became the adoptive parents two years later in 2003. I am putting my information online in hope that Diane and Charles will find me and want to reestablish the relationship that was taken from them and me.
