I am a male looking for my birth mother and/or birth father. I was born January 22, 1969 in DUBUQUE IOWA, I believe adopted thru Hillcrest Services . My name was supposed to be CHAD ALLEN, but adoptive parents named me David. I was told my mother was 19 and father 18, athletic and going to college.
