I am looking for my birth mother's parents or my birth father. I was born Feb 3rd, 1989 at Des Moines General Hospital, Polk County. My adoptive father works as a Sales Reprentative and my adoptive mother works as a nurse, she loves playing piano and violin. I know that my biological mom was only 17 at the time of my birth. The only other thing i know about her is that she passed away on May 9, 1992, in a car crash. She was 21 at the time. |
