I am searching for my birth parent. I was born in Albany, NY on November 23, 1959. When I was one month old my adoptive parents adopted me through The Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington,VT. I am told my mother was young, maybe 16, when she had me. After many attempts I finally was able to get a certified transcript of birth from the state of New York; state file # 163235. My original name was supposed to be Rose Marie I believe per my birth mother. |
