My name is Lisa. I was born at Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois December 1969. I have little information regarding my birth parents. What I do have is my birth mother's' last name at the time was Zimmerman. She was 23, and a nurses aide. She was blond, brown eyed, 5'8" and a high school graduate. Birth father was 22 years old and a mechanic and high school graduate. He had brown hair and blue eyes, and 6'0". I belive I would have been named Lisa Marie, and a request from my birth mother was that I would be raised catholic. I do not know if ANY of the above information is correct regarding thier status or physical characteristics, I had found the notes my adopted mother made when she recieved the call that I had become available to adopt.
