Adopted Son Searching for Birth Parents. Birth certificate says DOB is Jan 15 1967, was born in Denver Co. Adopted to Rosemary and William (Bill) Curtis, I was adopted as Timothy Curtis. My adopted mom passed away last year and I never got any substantial information about my birth parents.
