I am searching for an adopted sibling. She was born to my mother, her birth mother. She was born in Wichita, KS on February 2, 1986 at Wesley Medical Center. She is an african american child. My mother named her Ciera (sp) Nicole Smith, but I believe her birth parents renamed her Stacy. My mother's name is Patience D. Smith. We would really like to find her, we have a lot of family who would love to reconnect with her. My mother has been devastated and I know that would help her greatly. I just hope my sister is willing.
