I am searching for birthparents. I was born Feb. 13, 1966 at Maple Knoll Home in Springdale, Ohio. I believe my name prior to adoption was Tammy L Curtis. My birthmother was 19 years old at the time. She had 3 brothers, 2 older and 1 younger. The youngest brother may have been institutionalized. They are a Catholic family. I was adopted through Catholic Social Services on March 8, 1966. My birthfather was also 19, was aware of the pregnancy, and worked for a trucking company.
