I am searching for my birth mother or father I was born in Winchester, Indiana Sept.1959 and I think the birth mother lived in Union City,Ohio or Union CIty Indiana and she was very young at the time.She went to Randolph County to have to baby.I was born with strawberry hair and very curly.I think the last name she had then was Matthew (not sure on spelling)but similar.I was taken home the next day because my adopted parents were in that hosp the same day for a still born child and they knew the Dr.that delivered me and told them I was up for adoption and took me home and waited for the 90days in court and got to adopt me legal.That is all I know.But I was born in Winchester,Indiana and that's a small town .
