10/22/76 Male Adoptee born in Lincoln, Illinois Searching for Birthmother! Looking for my birthmother, she was 17 & lived with grandparents in Lincoln, IL untill her grandmother died, then might have went to a foster home? Rumor has it she went to Mount Polaski sometime after the birth (around 77 maybe). My amended birth certificate states my date of birth as 10/22/76 & that I was born in Lincoln, IL.
