Birth parent or biological siblings. I am a male and was born at White Shield Home in Portland, OR, on May 2, 1966. I was adopted from Waverly by a couple who later relinquished me back to the agency at the age of 2 after the death of the adopted father. I was then adopted a second time several months later. I would like to make a connection or meeting with my biological parents or any siblings I may have.
