Born 10/31/63 at University Hospital in Jackson, Missippi. White Baby Girl- healthy- me! Looking for ANYONE knowing about my birthparents and family. I don't know their names. Adopted through the Mississippi Children's Home by caseworker Mr. Charles Ray. I lived there for the first few weeks of my life and was placed in a home with my adopted parents in December of my birth year.
My birthmom was about 18 when giving birth, and was living away from her home at the "home for unwed mothers"... files say she was brave and very analytical about the adoption; evidently her family was very well-connected. She might not have lived in Jackson, but traveled there to hide the pregnancy and to have me. Very brave! Her hobbies were art and music. (mine too!) She had brown hair and maybe green or blue/green eyes. Her father (my birth-grandfather, was with an oil/gas company- which could mean anything...) She met my birthfather in high school (I was told, but that might have been propaganda???) My birthfather was Jewish, and I don't know much about him, but that he had brown hair.
I have always wanted to know them, and to know more about what they went through, then and since. My life has been good, and would only be better with them in it. I was raised by the Bailey family and moved around the country a lot but had a great upbringing. I was raised as Lydia Lee Bailey.
Please find me! It's been my dream! |
