I am a 44 year caucasion male and was born at Mesa Southside Hospital on 11/20/63. For medical reasons, I am hoping to get in touch with my birth mom or my real father. The Dr.'s name was John Gilliland. His practice office was on Country Club Drive in Mesa, Az.
Bobby Taylor had something to do with the actual adoption. I need to speak with either one of you regarding medical history, this is critically important. (again, medical reasons...) |
